The 2026 NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament has reached its most exciting stage. After weeks of intense competition, only four teams remain in the race for the national championship. Michigan, Arizona, UConn, and Illinois have survived the challenging tournament bracket and now move into the Final Four.

The national semifinals will take place on April 4 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. These two games will decide which teams move on to the national championship game scheduled for April 6.

The stage is now set for two highly anticipated matchups that will determine the finalists of March Madness 2026.

    Road to the Final Four

The tournament began with 68 teams competing across multiple rounds. After dramatic wins, upsets, and thrilling finishes, the field has been reduced to four teams.

Illinois was the first team to secure its spot in the Final Four with a strong victory over Iowa. Arizona followed by defeating Purdue after a powerful second-half performance.

Michigan then produced one of the most dominant wins of the tournament by routing Tennessee in the regional final. UConn completed the Final Four lineup with an incredible comeback victory against Duke, winning on a deep three-pointer just before the buzzer.

These four teams now stand one win away from playing for the national championship.

    UConn’s Tournament Magic

UConn enters the semifinal after one of the most dramatic victories of the tournament. The team overcame a large halftime deficit against Duke and secured the win with a last-second three-pointer.

The Huskies have extensive experience in big games and have built a reputation for performing well during the tournament’s biggest moments.
